Participants joining from Mumbai and Pune need to reach the campsite on their own.
The Revdanda Beach campsite is approximately 115 km from Mumbai and 160 km from Pune, accessible by road or ferry.

For Mumbai Guests:

Board a ferry from Colaba (Gateway of India) or the M2M Ferry to Mandwa Jetty

Day 1 | 31st December – Welcome, Beach & New Year Celebrations
04:00 pm – Check-in at the campsite
04:15 pm – Orientation and tent allotment, followed by a welcome drink
04:30 pm – 05:00 pm – Free time to explore the campsite and relax at the beach
05:00 pm – Evening tea and snacks with fun games
Sunset Time – Beach walk and enjoy a beautiful sunset by the sea
07:00 pm – Group games and activities
07:30 pm – BBQ time limited
09:30 pm – 10:00 pm – Dinner followed by DJ music and dance floor
10:00 pm – 11:30 pm – Live music performance
12:00 am – New Year welcome with fireworks
12:15 am – Movie screening
Late Night – Bonfire time with friends and family under the stars
Day 2 | 1st January – Calm Morning & Goodbye

Cancellation Policy
- 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
- 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
- No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
- No show No Refund.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
- If the event gets canceled we will refund the "Trek Amount" only.
- If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
