Jim Corbett National Park located in the Nainital district of Uttarakhand. Part of the more significant Corbett Tiger Reserve. Corbett covers 1347 square kilometers, and it fields swamps, lakes, rivers, hills, and woodlands. It's one of India's several tiger reservations that enables the National Park to remain longer. The park's observation of animals and nature requires a place in an affordable four-wheeler jeep and also at the rear of the elephant. 

The National Park is one of the most sought-after locations for wildlife buffs, sheltering a good population of tigers and rare species such as Otters and endemic fish-eating crocodile.

How to Reach Corbett:

Ramnagar may be Corbett National Park's best approach for making up CTR headquarters. This tiny town is well linked to main Indian cities such as Delhi, Moradabad, Nainital and Bareilly by highway and rail network. Once you achieve Ramnagar, reaching Corbett National Park requires only half an hour. The park is about 15 km from the railway station in Ramnagar.

 

By Road: Ramnagar has a very excellent highway network connecting the various towns. The Corbett National Park is located about 260 kilometers from India's domestic capital, Delhi, on the ground. At a short time from Delhi, Moradabad, Haldwani, and Nainital, Uttarakhand's state government is working buses directly to Corbett.

 

By Rail: Ramnagar Train Station well connected from major cities like Bareilly, Delhi, Moradabad. You can board these trains to reach Ramnagar Kathgodam Express, Corbett Link Express, Ranikhet Convey.

 

Standard Route:

Day One - Transfer to Corbett National Park by private vehicle from Ramnagar. Check-in and rest at the resort. Gear up and leave for the first Wildlife Safari after lunch. Back to the resort at night. Dinner. The lights are gone and the day is over. 

 

Day Two - Breakfast and leave for the 2nd Wildlife Safari in the early morning. Alternatively, you can only save your breakfast on safari moment. Return the post-safari for lunch. After the 3rd Wildlife Safari Lunch Leave. Back to the resort at night. Dinner. The lights are gone and the day is over.

 

Day Three - Leave early in the morning for the 4th Safari Wildlife. Check the baggage out. Enjoy the delightful Private Vehicle Lunch and Post Lunch Leave For Ramnagar.

 

Bio-Diversity in Jim Corbett National Park:

Corbett National Park is renowned for its abundant and diverse flora. Numerous species of trees, herbs, shrubs, bamboos, grasses, ferns, orchids, wetland vegetation, woody climbers, and non-flowering crops established in Corbett National Park. 

 

The Corbett National Park's significant flora is the evergreen trees of Sal, Sheesham, Dhak, Kanju, Pipal, Haldu, Rohini, Lichi, and Mangos. These groves contain nearly 74% of the park. The region's 10% is made up of grasslands.

 

Types of Tigers in Jim Corbett National Park:

Paarwali / Paro (Tigress): Dhikala's courageous beauty is now courting a shy but beautiful hunk along with the Sambar road's romantic domains. With her immediate eye contact towards mere human humans, a stunner who causes one runs softly in the knees. She was the Dhikala ramp showstopper.

Dhikala Zone: Dhikala Zone is Jim Corbett National Park's largest buffer area and is the visitor's activity center. There is a big range of beautiful wildlife species in the area including the Royal Bengal Tigers, Asian Elephants, Deer, Chital and so on. The Dhikala Zone entrance is via the Dhangadi Gate. The moment to visit the Dhikala Zone is between mid-November and June.

 

The entrance to the Durga Devi Zone is through the National Park's Durga Devi Gate. A significant amount of species of avifauna are renowned for this buffer zone. Durga Devi Zone is an ideal place to observe bird enthusiasts. It is birthplace to a broad spectrum of birds like Black Chinned Yuhina, Grey Faced Eagle.

 

Bijrani Zone:

Bijrani Zone is a perfect location to experience the fauna of the area for birdwatchers and biodiversity lovers. The Amanda Gate is the access point for the Bijrani Zone.

Sitabani Buffer Zone: So, the central park doesn't include the Sitabani Buffer Zone, yet a variety of fauna lovers come to the site.

 

Dhela Safari Zone: The park's tiger reserve included Dhela Safari Zone in 2014. It's one of the reserve's most famous ecotourism places. The area regularly gets enormous crowds that can visit throughout the year.
